Pre-history in the Park

The Society is hosting a lecture by renowned author and historian Frances Lynch on pre-history in the National Park at the Canolfan Cefnfaes in Bethesda at 7 pm on Thursday, 11th February 2010.

Frances is the author of Prehistoric Wales  and an Honorary Research Fellow at Bangor University. This illustrated presentation will take us on a guided tour through the historic monuments of the Snowdonia National Park, from the Neolithic period to the arrival of the Romans, and promises to give an insight into our fascinating landscape and heritage.
