Fourteen of us stepped out onto the slopes of Snowdon for a guided geology walk led by Paul Gannon. I understood more in five hours of walk and talk than after any amount of reading. At least I thought I did.....

The Snowdonia Society will greatly miss Mike Cousins who died in November 2008. He was a very popular and active member, who had been a trustee from 1999. He was Hon. Secretary from 2000-2007. Harvey Lloyd and Gill Fildes pay tribute to him.
